Rapid Connections… A Positive Sisterhood D.C. Event
In the DMV... There's a great way to meet new people.
Whether you are looking for that special valentine, new friends, or just a good time, join us as we present Rapid Connections!
Come and experience at least a dozen first dates in one evening.
A lot can happen in 6 minutes!
How this works
Each person will be given a packet that includes your nametag with your personalized number, a connect form and your email address. The women are seated at a table and the men are lined up and are given 6 minutes to have a seat and chat with each woman. At 6 minute intervals, a bell is rung and the man will get up and move to the next table for another date.
On your connect form, you’ll write in a yes or no by each person to choose who you’d like to connect with on a one on one basis. After the event, we will go through each of them, and within 48 hours, you’ll get an email from us with any mutual matches name and e-mail address. The rest is up to you!
We will respect your privacy
Legal names are required for registration so that they can be verified by the host when entering the event. Unless you and another participant both chose one another, your information will not be passed over to them. This is done for your safety. It will be verified by the organizers when you pick up your packet and not used again for the remainder of the event.

Suggested Attire:
Nightclub attire. No athletic wear, work boots or sneakers

Free parking in the front and at the Kennett Street Parking Garage (just 1 block over).
Positive Sisterhood is not a match making organization and we do not condone or suggest sexual contact during this event. Positive Sisterhood will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods. No refunds can be made after purchase, if you decide not to attend this event you must contact Positive Sisterhood by email or phone and we will remove your name from Rapid Connections.
